THE CHINA SPRING ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS FORMED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING AND DISBURSING FUNDS, PROPERTY AND GIFTS OF ANY KIND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHINA SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. THE CORPORATION INTENDS TO AID IN THE FULFILLMENT OF TEACHING AND SERVICE FUNCTIONS OF THE DISTRICT BY PROVIDING FUNDS; TO MAKE GRANTS AND LOANS OF PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES OF THE DISTRICT; TO SOLICIT, ACCEPT, ADMINISTER AND DISBURSE GIFTS, GRANTS AND BEQUESTS OF PROPERTY OF EVERY KIND OR TO HOLD SAID PROPERTY IN TRUST IN SUCH MANNER AS TO FURTHER THE PURPOSE OF THE DISTRICT; AND TO RECEIVE GRANTS FROM GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES OR OTHER SOURCES AND TO DISBURSE SUCH GRANTS FOR THE SUPPORT OF EDUCATION AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS OF THE CHINA SPRING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
